This course looks at the difference between a contract and a written statement, who needs one, and what information they should contain. You'll also learn which one must be legally provided and by when.
You will look at what a zero-hours contract is, when they may be used and what the difference is between an employee, worker or someone who is self-employed.
Finally, you'll learn the processes to go through when a contract is varied or terminated.
