Acas have created Codes of Practice that give authoritative advice in key areas of employment practice. They are approved by Parliament and often referred to by Employment Tribunals.
This 30 minute e-learning course covers five Codes of Practice on:
- Discipline and grievance
- Disclosure of information
- Time off for trade union duties
- Settlement agreements
- Requests to work flexibly
This course is now closed, although you can still retrieve your certificate if you completed this course in 2024.
