This 30 minute e-learning course explains good practice when it comes to pregnancy and maternity at work. It covers employee and employer rights and responsibilities and what the law says. The e-learning looks at supporting employees during pregnancy as well as exploring maternity leave and pay. Finally you will look at supporting a return to work after maternity leave.
